Account Setup/ Management for Reporters (8)

Reports are important to the efficacy and value of our platform to help improve the conditions of sexual harassment in the workplace. We urge you to not to delete a Report that can be helpful to others. To have a Report removed please email support@beonalert.com before you close your account.

If you are an employee wishing to register for an account then you will need a personal email address that you can verify and you will need to create a password. If you are a Reporter of sexual harassment than you will need to fill out our Report form on our app: https://app.beonalert.org.

You will need to click on the activation link we send to you in order to activate your account. Please check your spam folder if you cannot see this email in your inbox. If you have not received the email or if the link is not working, please contact: support@beonalert.org

If you wish to close your account, you must email us at support@beonalert.org with your name, login details, and the reason you would like us to close you account. You can close your account at any time; however, we would ask you to be aware that you can customize your subscription settings at any time.

You can also remove your social logins or change your username or password without closing your account.

If you close your account, then you will need to use a different email address if you ever wish to set up a new account.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the login page of the BeOnAlert app. Your username is the email address you used to sign up for the service. If you cannot remember what email you used to sign up, please contact: support@beonalert.org

When you close your account, any comments and communications stored on your Reporter Platform will be deleted permanently and cannot be retrieved.
