After you make a Report, a member of our team will assess your Report to decide whether it meets our internal and community guidelines. If it qualifies, then certain information from your Report will be published on our public registry immediately and you will be notified. If your Report does not qualify then we will let you know why and you will have a chance to make a new Report.

The published Report will state:

∙ The company the Accused worked for at the time of the harassment.*
∙ The type/s of sexual harassment the Reporter experienced.
∙ The general timeframe within which the incident occurred.
∙ The Reporter’s written description of the harassment (with the Reporter’s prior approval, only).

*We may choose to publish the name, work email address, or LinkedIn handle of the harasser if a certain number and level of allegations have been made against them. This will serve to alert users to potential harassers who are not represented by any company, such as investors.

Please note that none of your own personal, contact, or other details will be published on our public registry without your consent.

After your Report is approved, and if you have chosen this option in your submission form, you will be given access to a lawyer from our list of vetted, partner law firms. They will give you a free, initial consultation.

In the future, we plan to enable you to communicate with HR, psychological and harassment professionals; your employer; and other Reporters via the internal Reporter Platform.

Upon publication of your report, we will contact the Accused’s employer and inform them that a report has been made on our platform. We will provide this company with the same information that is available on the Public Registry as well and the name of the harasser.

At this stage, your identity will not be revealed to this company; however, you will have the option to allow us to reveal your identity further down the line so as to help you come to a satisfactory resolution with your employer. You have complete control over if and when your identity is revealed.
