The information available in the Reports on our Registry is gathered from the completed submission forms we receive through our app. Anyone with a valid email address can make a Report.

BeOnAlert reviews each Report to decide if it fits our internal guidelines for publication. If approved, certain details from the Report will be published to our public-facing registry. The Report states:

∙ The company the Accused worked for at the time of the harassment.*
∙ The type/s of sexual harassment experienced.
∙ The general timeframe within which the incident occurred.
∙ The Reporter’s written description of the incident (only if they have given their prior approval).

*We may choose to publish the name and work email address of the harasser if a certain number and level of allegations have been made against them. This will serve to alert users to those who are not represented by any company, such as investors.
